Challenge
36NORTH is a Las Vegas motion graphics and visual production company. In April–May 2026, the team asked ZanReal to improve website performance and campaign outreach. The client’s review described two practical goals: improve the website and improve email marketing campaigns. The measurable problem was clear: server response needed to be better, and campaign deliverability was around 60%.
What we did

Migrated the 36NORTH site to a better hosting provider with better localization for its customers, serving visitors from regions closer to the audience to improve response time.

Cleaned up DNS records and related infrastructure so the site and sending setup had a more reliable technical base.

Corrected email authentication and sending configuration so campaign deliverability could improve.
Outcome
After the migration and configuration work, 36NORTH reported faster website response from the server and campaign deliverability rising from 60% to 80%+. That is an improvement of more than 20 percentage points. The client rated ZanReal 5.0/5.0 for quality, schedule, cost, and willingness to refer, with a 5/5 NPS.
