Reviews and personalised pricing
The two Omnibus disclosures a shop must make in its own words, edited in the admin and served by the Store API.
Both are texts only the store can write, so the plugin stores and serves them; it is not a review system.
Reviews
A shop that gives access to consumer reviews must say whether and how it ensures they come from consumers who used or bought the product (art. 6 ust. 4 pkt 7 of the Polish unfair market practices act, art. 7(6) of Directive 2005/29/EC). Claiming reviews are verified without reasonable steps to check, and publishing or distorting reviews, are blacklisted (art. 7 pkt 25 and 26).
Write the text in Settings > Consumer compliance > Disclosures, in plain language: who can post, whether purchase is checked and how, whether all reviews are published, how moderation works, whether any were incentivised. Show it directly next to the reviews block.
Personalised pricing
If prices are individually adjusted on the basis of automated decision-making,
the consumer must be told before ordering (art. 12 ust. 1 pkt 5a of the consumer
rights act, art. 6(1)(ea) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Dynamic pricing that does not
personalise is not covered. Switch on "prices are personalised" and write the
notice; the Store API returns personalised_pricing.used and the text.
Optional texts
- Withdrawal info, shown next to the withdrawal button (for example where to send goods back).
- Omnibus note, shown with reduced prices (for example in a tooltip).
All texts are localised and come back as null when not filled in, so the
frontend can render nothing rather than an empty heading.
