A rental catalogue that gets the phone to ring

Wynajem Pro rents construction and gardening machines in Rybnik and across Silesia. We built the catalogue, the pricing and the booking path. Enough enquiries followed that the company bought a second mini excavator.

Who we built it for

Wynajem Pro rents construction and gardening machines in Rybnik and across Silesia. The model is deliberately simple: customers hire the machine and operate it themselves, without an operator. The audience is contractors who need a specific machine for a specific week, and homeowners doing a job on their own property.

The company had a clear offer and no obvious place to point anyone at it.

What we delivered

A local rental site, built mobile first through our Website in 24 Hours service, with the catalogue and the booking path as the whole point of the page.

  • A catalogue of the machines actually available, including the ZTE BKB941 mini excavator, the NEX N500E electric wheelbarrow and the HDM 100 cm robotic mower, each on its own page with photographs, a description and specifications.

  • Clear daily net pricing on every machine, so nobody has to call to find out whether it is within budget.

  • The service model written out plainly: machines arrive pre-serviced, fuelled or charged, and ready to use.

  • The practical questions answered up front: brief on-site training, no special qualifications required, delivery across Silesia, local pickup in Rybnik.

  • A one-tap call path from any machine page, because these customers are usually on a site or in a garden, not at a desk.

What it achieved

After launch the owner started taking more calls, mostly about availability and open dates. Demand grew enough that the company bought a second mini excavator to serve more customers. That machine was later added to the catalogue with its own page, description, specifications and price.

The site also started turning up in exactly the searches it was built for: people looking for a mini excavator to rent, in Rybnik, with the intent to book. Those are the visitors the catalogue was shaped around, and they arrive on the page for the specific machine rather than on a homepage they then have to navigate.

Why it works

A visitor sees the machines and the prices immediately. There is no basic information locked behind a phone call and no form standing between an interested customer and a decision. When the machine is right, the next action is a single tap.

Giving each machine its own page does the other half. Google can put a specific offer in front of somebody searching for a mini excavator or a robotic mower in Rybnik, rather than putting a homepage in front of everybody.
