A website for e-Tax Pro, a tax office that runs entirely online

e-Tax Pro is an accounting office and tax advisory practice in Rybnik that works entirely online, for clients anywhere in Poland. We built the site that shows it: the offer by service, starting prices on the page, KSeF answered, and contact never more than a scroll away.

Who we built it for

e-Tax Pro is an accounting office and tax advisory practice in Rybnik, and it runs entirely online. Bookkeeping, payroll and HR, tax opinions, KSeF handling and representation before the authorities are all delivered remotely, to sole traders, small companies and NGOs anywhere in Poland. The practice has been doing this work since 1991, and today none of it requires a client to come in.

What it had to show for that was a website from the early 2010s: unusable on a phone, and still served over plain HTTP with no certificate. That is an awkward front door for a firm whose whole proposition is that you can hand over your books without leaving your desk.

What we delivered

A single guided page that takes a visitor from "what is this" to "get in touch" without a detour.

  • The offer laid out by service, covering flat-rate tax, the revenue and expense ledger, full books, payroll and HR, advisory, NGO accounting and KSeF, so a visitor can find their own situation instead of reading all of it.

  • Starting prices on the page, in plain cards. Nothing about cost sits behind a form or a phone call.

  • A KSeF section with the phased deadlines and what the office does about them, because that is the question every Polish business currently has.

  • A comparison against keeping the books yourself in software, and an FAQ that answers what would otherwise arrive as email.

  • Contact reachable from every section, and at the end in full: office details, a map and a short consultation request form.

  • The sections ordered the way the decision actually gets made: the offer, how the office works, pricing, KSeF, reach across Poland, the FAQ, contact.

Why it works

Everything needed to decide is on the page, in the order a prospective client would ask for it. The price is not behind a phone call, the service list is specific enough that somebody recognises their own situation in it, and KSeF gets an answer rather than an invitation to enquire.

The site also now matches the business it represents. An office that asks clients to send their documents online is presented by something modern, responsive and served over HTTPS, which is the least a visitor should be able to assume before trusting it with a year of invoices.
