Who the system is for
INNPRO is a distributor of consumer electronics, drones and smart home devices. It sells to retail chains and stores, directly on Allegro and through its own shops, and each channel belongs to a different department: sales settles campaigns with manufacturers, e-commerce watches marketplace prices, marketing plans campaigns from manufacturer budgets, and the warehouse ships parcels.
Data on sales, stock, campaigns and budgets was spread across the ERP, spreadsheets and each department's own tools. A simple question, such as how a brand is doing in a given country against its forecast, ended with someone stitching several exports together by hand.
What we delivered
One browser-based system where every department has its own module and everyone works from the same data. Staff sign in with their company account and see only the modules and reports they have access to.
Sales: analytics by brand, client, country and product group, yearly sales and purchase forecasts, settlement of sales campaigns with manufacturers, and stock, transport and market price reports.
Allegro: competitor price monitoring, automatic repricing of own listings with a margin floor, a list of products with no active listing, and EAN mismatch detection.
Marketing: media plans, manufacturer budgets, marketing campaigns and contractor settlements, linked to the sales campaigns they belong to.
Product content: a product base with content blocks, templates and Excel import that feeds descriptions for shops and marketplaces.
Warehouse and logistics: parcel measurements from the device on the warehouse floor, shipping costs per delivery method, and a warehouse load forecast built from last year's sales and the current trend.
Asset register: equipment assigned to employees and locations.
Domains: renewal deadlines for the company's domains and watched competitor domains, with notifications to the right people.
One set of numbers for every department
The key decision: modules keep no copies of their own. Sales, marketing and the warehouse read from the company's single data warehouse through a shared analytics layer that precomputes the summaries. The sales report and the e-commerce report therefore show the same sales, and summaries over several years of history open straight away.
New areas of the business join the system as new modules, not as separate apps with their own login. Any module can be switched off temporarily without shipping a new release, which matters in a tool the whole company uses every day.
An AI assistant on the same data
The system also works as an MCP server. An employee connects their AI assistant and asks, for example, how a brand is tracking against its forecast or which Allegro listings have lost their price position. The assistant answers from the same data as the panel and sees only what that employee is allowed to see.
Where it stands today
The system has been running at INNPRO since 2023 and is the everyday tool of the sales, e-commerce, marketing, logistics and administration teams. We keep developing it together with the INNPRO team.
