Who the site is for
Hareborne is our own drone photo and video brand. It is based in Rybnik, most jobs are in Silesia, and shoots happen all over Poland. Clients are companies showing off a site or an investment, owners of guesthouses and farm stays, people selling plots and property, and event organisers.
Someone booking a flight wants to see first what their place could look like from above. The site had to show that in the first second, before anyone starts reading.
What we delivered
hareborne.pl, a single-page site in Polish, deliberately dark so the drone footage is the brightest thing on it. We carried the copy over from the previous WordPress site and arranged it from scratch.

Structured data for local search: the Rybnik base and the list of towns served, from Wodzisław Śląski and Jastrzębie-Zdrój to Gliwice and Katowice.

Footage that doesn't make you wait
Video on the first screen is easy to ask for and easy to get wrong: one file encoded for a large monitor makes a phone wait. So the hero is an adaptive stream in three qualities, from 480p to 1080p, and the page picks a variant for the screen and the connection. With data saver, a slow connection or reduced motion on, only the poster frame is shown.
The headline and tagline are visible on first paint. Entrance animations run in CSS, and the interactive part of the page starts only once the browser has finished painting. Video and photos live separately in Cloudflare R2, so heavy files slow down neither the page nor deploys.

The site is live at hareborne.pl: drone footage on the first screen, the offer for four types of client, a gallery, pricing and a contact form.
